I have been a patient of Dr. Zides since 2021. She monitored my parathyroid issues and in 2023 went to bat for me to have surgery as the surgeon didn't want to remove the abnormal parathyroid gland even after I had a blocked renal stone. Dr Zide told him that I needed surgery at this point. I appreciate her more than she knows.
Dr. Zide is a decent doctor whenever she is available. Her office staff is highly incompetent. Called to verify bloodwork was in the lab system before I went and when I arrived it was not. The doctor’s office was closed. Very inconvenient and could have be avoided if staff knew what they were doing.
