It was a very good experience visiting her. She is a good listening doctor. My concerns were well addressed. I appreciate choosing her.
My last appointment they moved me last minute to a different office and sent the email over the weekend the day before. I had never been to this location and showed up to the original location. I called the office and the receptionist was extremely rude to me as I informed her Sundays I am busy and did not read my emails. The appointment was on a Monday. She hang up the phone on me. This was a total waste of my time and very confusing .
wonderful practice with caring doctors and staff. I have been coming to this practice for many years. And it keeps getting better every year!
DO NOT GO HERE. Everything is so bad here! It’s always an hour and a half wait after your appointment time because they literally only have 1 room. The doctors are not knowledgeable or helpful. I had extreme bleeding after a test and when I called the doctor front desk said she’d call back and she never did. In addition I was way over charged each time I went. I had to call many times to get them to refund me. Lastly, they tried to charge me $40 for the doctor to call and tell me my test results…I cannot stress enough how ho... read more
