Receptionist keeps sending you to a different line where they never pick up then when they do they are rude! Unprofessional I guess when it's not their health at stake it can be a lot to ask for information.
This was certainly the nicest medical office I have ever treated with. From January through March, I went to radiation treatments five days a week, and literally everyone there ---, the front desk, the billing clerk, the physicians and the radiation technicians--- everyone was friendly, and everyone was professional. I'm certain that the management goes out of its way to hire people based on their ability to work with the public as well as for their skills.
