Was nervous about being in a medical setting due to my Covid 19 concerns but the office had signage throughout notifying all patients of their protocols and social distancing. There were no other patients scheduled during my visit and Dr. Pankiewicz was thorough but prompt in effort to limit unnecessary face to face contact. The office seemed very clean and disinfected (based on the cleaning solution smell). Last June 22, 2020 I had an appointment to have a nerves test because I am feeling numbness and tingling in my arms and legs. When I got in the room the technician that was going to perform the test were not wearing a mask. I asked him why and he said he did not believe in mask and this is just the media to want you to wear it but it does not serve any purpose. She is the best neurologist I've been to. I trust her expertise, and I feel like she is truly trying to pinpoint the problem. She is kind, empathetic, and tries to explore every possibility. She actually cares, and even if my answers are hard to come by, I feel like I will have my complete closure with my last and final try. I feel confident in her expertise, and I appreciate her efforts at helping me. It's more than what the other neurologist have done for me, and for that, I am greatful for.

I called their office for an appointment. He asked my insurance card. He confirmed that they accept my insurance. Although i told him that i would bring my insurance card with me to the appointment, he insisted me to send my ID number. This is ridiculous! I called them back and cancelled my appointment assuming that they would give me more pain later.
