Dr Liang was very professional. She listened to my concerns patiently. I was comfortable with her assessment and felt she truly had my best interest s as her priority.
I really like every staff member. I only wish the lady who checks you out was as friendly as the rest of the staff. I over looked it on the first visit. I just thought she was having a bad day. But it has been the same so… just worth mentioning. Other than her- everybody is great. Great enough to overlook that one 😃
[the doctors office fixed the situation and i am appreciative for it] I had an appointment today at 2:30 and when I made this appt in person I was told that it would be virtual. A hour before I called to make sure all was well and the receptionist told me that they should send me a email. I waited and even at the time of the appt. there was nothing.
