Purchased my vehicle through Irelands cairns. Service on selling me my car was fantastic and l love my car. Unfortunately and disappointingly after car and work done on car has been appalling. Lack of customer service is next level. My worst experience was the dbl over charge on my vehicle and not even asked or told. Arrive to receive over double original quote. Booked car in for service and repairs to canopy dropped off Tuesday at 7am, with no contact from them at all that day. The next day at 8am I texted my service advisor Justin for an update, but no reply at all . By 1pm, I was getting concerned with lack of contact, so I called the service department asking what's happening to be told the service manager would call me back within half an hour, and they never bothered to call me .That brings us to thursday morning. DO NOT!!!!! I have brought 2 cars from these guys. It's my fault the second time, why did I go back. Both cars apon owning and maintaining it is clear...... and one I have had industry professional point out... Cars have been in accidents and been repaired. I brought under their "our cars have never been in an accident" What a lie!!! Lie lie lie lie lie Do not buy from these guys you WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!
