Has been the worst experience of my life from the moment we paid for our car. From the Salesman, to the Accounts person, to the Business Manager, to the people in Service, to the Service Manager (x2). It has been absolutely poor and unprofessional. Everyone enjoys taking weeks or months to reply to emails. I have a whole list of things with my personal experience. I would love to sit down with whoever is in charge of the place and give them a thorough run-down of what's gone on, but no one will give me that person's details.... read more

Now using Ireland's parts again. Darcy Simpson does a great job as a parts interpreter. He is quick thorough and good at what he does. Good job mate

I booked my car in to get parts fitted and the car sat there all day and no one could find the parts. No communication at all. They are useless and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Absolutely appalling customer service or lack of service. We entered the nearly deserted dealership, on Friday 26th July. Cashed up purchasers, looking to buy a new car. After fifteen minutes of looking at cars, not a single staff member approached us, even though there were two sitting in a room, in clear view. Clearly they do not want to sell cars. We left and went to Pacific Toyota, who greeted us at the door. I would not step foot in this dealership again, even if they paid me. ****Edited**** We are now the proud owners ... read more
