Price communication and customer service. We travelled 3000km to collect car. Susan and Nick were on top of everything hence why we flew from SA to far nth Queensland. Great car
4 out of 5 staff are rude. Every time I visit they seem to be in some sort of mood and interrupt when I am explaining the issue.
In the past things haven’t gone as smoothly as one would hope for, but to my pleasant surprise, the last twelve months the customer service has been great. The staff at Jeep service have been very helpful especially Theo. He is efficient and polite, and most importantly keeps his promise. I am very impressed and hope this high standard continues throughout the years.
