I would have not left any stars if that was possible. Ireland Jeep service is a completely inaccurate term. There is no service from this dealership at all. I have tried to have a factory recall completed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a month now and after 3 trips into Cairns, a one hundred kilometer round trip, still nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Experience with Ireland Jeep Cairns I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Ireland Cairns, and my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Initially, I was quoted a price by Alan that included freight charges. Price communication and customer service. We travelled 3000km to collect car. Susan and Nick were on top of everything hence why we flew from SA to far nth Queensland. Great car

4 out of 5 staff are rude. Every time I visit they seem to be in some sort of mood and interrupt when I am explaining the issue.

In the past things haven’t gone as smoothly as one would hope for, but to my pleasant surprise, the last twelve months the customer service has been great. The staff at Jeep service have been very helpful especially Theo. He is efficient and polite, and most importantly keeps his promise. I am very impressed and hope this high standard continues throughout the years.
