We had an excellent experience with Ireland Isuzu Cairns. After a disappointing service elsewhere, the team here fit us in quickly, communicated clearly, and got the job done efficiently and professionally. Travelling full-time with three young kids, our truck is our home and only transport, so reliability and good service mean everything. The staff here really understood that and went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!
During towing a caravan from Georgetown to Cairns we were troubled by a blocked fuel filter light that would flash on when powering up hills. The Cairns Isuzu Ute dealership were not able to fit us in for a simple fuel filter change until 11 days after we were scheduled to leave Cairns to continue our caravan holiday however Robert, the Service Manager at Ireland Isuzu Cairns was happy to assist knowing our predicament! A big thank you to Robert and his team!
Adam was very informative and was an awesome help same with Phil in finance was a good experience and great delivery cheers guys.
