PCMs are over worked or assigned too many folks... idk the inner workings. Records never updated. No cross information flow between PCMs (data entries or something). Continued care is seemingly non-existing, as I always seem to start from square one with a new person. Records department... not sure what they do. Dropping papers soon and hope VA at least covers my ailments—I almost know better. The whole system is a farce. (edit) the VA was surprisingly helpful.
Great clinic! Everyone is super kind and helpful. Facility is clean and organized. And they accepted reservists/other branches in non-duty status for readiness if you go at the right day/time. #greenacrosstheboard
