So appreciative of the patience and persistence in dealing with our troublesome shower. One of the showers had a leak in the wall and it took many many months to resolve but Robbo was back 6 or 7 times to check in and see if it was dry enough to finish the job.
Robbo (Sam) and Vivian regrouted 3.5 bathrooms for us and did an excellent job. They made sure it was perfect, despite discovering unexpected moisture under the tiles, and having to change the plan to ensure we got the right result.
I would highly recommend iRegrout. Robbo did a fantastic job on our shower and bathroom floor, and the price was very reasonable. 5 stars for service, knowledge, advice, and the overall job.
I recently had 2 x showers regrouted by Robbo (aka Sam). I can tell you he is is super professional with years of experience. He always turns up on time and the job is done properly (the 1st time), and at a very reasonale price. I got quotes from many others to re grout our shower, they all suggested it was going to be a bigger job, which was all BS. I have no hesitation in recommending Robbo anytime
Absolutely thrilled with the finish. It is like we have a new bathroom! Sam and Thuy were very professional and generous with their knowledge on some issues we were having and were determined to take the time to give us the finish we wanted. I was concerned about the amount of mess and disruption it would cause but there wasn’t any at all. Thank you for a fabulous service. Would highly recommend
