Oh, if only all tradespeople were as honest, reliable, experienced, cared about doing a good and was as reasonably priced as Robbo. Not only that, he was able to explain the issue and then explain what he was going to do to fix. He then advised that given all the factors there was only a 50/50 chance of success. You couldn't ask for better "old fashioned" honest advice and service. PS. It has been a success.
Robbo’s re-grouting service was excellent. He sure knows his stuff with loads of experience, skill and honesty. Great communication and reliable. Such a pleasure to find personal service and care in this day and age! I’d used him again in a flash.
We had a wonderful experience working with Sam. He did a throughly professional job of regrouting our shower and nothing was too much trouble for him. I highly recommend Sam and his team at IRegrout!
So appreciative of the patience and persistence in dealing with our troublesome shower. One of the showers had a leak in the wall and it took many many months to resolve but Robbo was back 6 or 7 times to check in and see if it was dry enough to finish the job.
Robbo (Sam) and Vivian regrouted 3.5 bathrooms for us and did an excellent job. They made sure it was perfect, despite discovering unexpected moisture under the tiles, and having to change the plan to ensure we got the right result.
