Terrible experience with this office, recommend avoiding at all costs. I should have known within the first ten minutes when the front desk staff were rude that I was headed for a miserable experience. The woman handling patient check-in did not know how to use the card reader (You have to prepay your provider. Which would be fine, except you are forced to sign a form acknowledging that services have been provided when you do so, and obviously since you are prepaying, no services have been provided.) I never got a chance to see doctor newton because the appointment on my chart said for sept 10th, when I get there they tell me I’m a week late, then tried to tell me they had contacted me twice the day before my appointments which was false, and was rude about it…. I don’t know who these wanna be health workers are but I’ve been a nurse for 28yrs and I am well aware of when people call my phone about appointment…. They are rude and liars. My experience with both Tina Lawley and Dr. Newton was great and very personable. They both went into considerable detail about diagnosis and treatment options. This is the very kind of service and treatment you should expect and, be thankful they care enough about your health to discuss your health condition with you.
