Horrible horrible horrible and a scam Tonya was extremely rude called me a idiot I called to see if this is legit and its not. I had no debt like Tonya said I did she threatened to take me to court do not fall for it or give your info ir card info out!

Not surprised that incompetent and Iredell Radiology Associates start with the same letter. They screwed up filling my claim with insurance. After hours on the phone, it's been fixed. Now I get to see if they reimburse me what I overpaid.

Received 1st bill which was incorrect. Asked for corrected bill to be sent to pay. Next bill said I was being turned over for collections. Bill still incorrect. Next bill again said turned over for collection with a different amount again. Paid this as I couldn't get them on the phone to verify amount. Tried thru out the day for 3 days. o not use these people if at all possible. Unfortunately if you go to hospital I don't think you have a choice. Terrible company.

This organization is terrible! Charge and bill you for nothing and when you actually make payments (not the full amount) per month they continue for one month to send you a past due notice then after 60 days of making payments they still turn it over to a credit collections company I hope these people never have to look at an x-ray of mine again! Bill paid in full after 3 months and good riddance
