Arrived for a DOT physical and was in and out after an hour of kind, professional and courteous service. I was thankful for a great experience with FNP Ashi, Diane, and front desk Priscilla. Everyone was so helpful and professional. I truly appreciate the way you all made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was considerate of my nervousness. I am pleased to recommend my coworkers to come to the Iredell site for their DOT exam, as well as, any other Urgent care needs at this location in Mooresville. Thank you all, Cathy.
Visited Quest Diagnostic, Ste B. Misty was Technician and she is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Had battery of blood work requiring timed samples over 2 hour time frame. ABOUT 16 vials total. Most Amazing Service and earned my highest satisfaction and confidence.
Edit: Make sure you get here at least an hour early for a pre-employment or DOT screening. If you can’t be an hour early, don’t waste your time!
This is the MOST unprofessional bunch of people I have ever came across 2 days In a row drive an hour because of the information given on the phone to be turned away. Thanks alot yall. Your inability to do your job to the bare minimum has cost me the deadline for a very lucrative job and now I get to suffer cause you clowns can't handle some middle school level communication. My family appreciates your awesome abilities
If I could give no stars I would. My boyfriend was treated terribly and told awful and untrue things by and incompetent doctor. VERY awful place and awful providers.
