Harmony and statesville EMS got to be the rudest people I know of! Always with a smart ass comment acting and looking like they hate their job. This is from personal and professional experience. I work at a nursing home and have had to make complaints about the way they talk to our residents when they come in just so rude!!!!! Obviously not the job for many of them. Fire department is a lot nicer and more helpful than them.
I don't want to speak for all but we have had to call them out several times to our facility at rosewood.some of the ems drivers are extremely nice and professional but you have those few for example we had them to come out today and one of the girls came through the door rolling her eyes honestly almost like she just hates her job idk but it's so disrespectful to stand at a sick elders bedside with a attitude like she had today.if it was her parents I bet she wouldn't of acted that way.when someone is sick and you make them... read more
It’s pretty upsetting that Iredell County EMS doesn’t participate with BCBS-NC so when you need to use their services it’s considered out of network and they charge you whatever they want. How could that even be?
When my husband became ill and I called 911 the Iredell County EMS came and took wonderful care of my husband. They were very caring, professional and amazing during such a scary time for us. Corey kept me informed and helped me to handle the crisis. He even prayed for my husband before leaving him at the hospital. As believers, we were very grateful and thankful that God sent a spirit filled man to our home to help us. He really cared and the female ( forgot her name) were both very great.
