I have trusted dr Allen for years. He is kind, thoroughly and listens.
I have been Dr. Allan's patient for over a decade now. He has stabilized me from further degradation of my heart muscle. I am borderline heat failure, and Dr. Allan has stabilized that and kept me going. He is professional, caring, listens, and includes the patients on decisions. He had done invasive and regular testing to make sure I'm where I need to be here health related. I trust him implicitly and would recommend him to anyone! Dr Allen is thorough, his explanations helpful and he's got a very reassuring bedside manner. He's taken really good care of my dad and I'm very grateful for him.
This is a terrible place to go. The doctor missed 2 of my first 3 appointments. If you try to call, you have to wait through a five minute message every time, and then you still can't get through and have to leave a message. By my third visit, they still hadn't ordered my records from my last doctor, because they lost the consent form I had signed. And the nurses just don't seem to have any idea what they are doing.
