I was there a couple weeks ago and I loved my counselor and the director was kind and welcoming. The medical staff is another story. Inappropriate conversations between staff and other patients that made me feel almost unsafe. (It truly was creepy) HIPAA violations (I couldn’t talk about my concerns like I would have liked to because they would allow anyone in while I was talking. Absolutely terrible place. I was there for 3 weeks and the AC went out for 3 days at the beginning of August. A few a the rooms never had their AC working and still don't. When the AC went out we all checked our filters in the room and they were caked with a half inch of filth. One of the counselors, Barb, told us a slip is an accidental drink or use.
