I had a good experience. I like the facility. The staff is very friendly. As long as you put in effort and show up to your groups you won't have any issues. Just treat other people with respect and be helpful. Do your chore, share the remote and clean up after yourself.
I take back my previous review due to being misinformed. This program seems to be a very good fit for my brother! The staff is friendly and helpful.
So far I am rather disgusted and disappointed with all of this. The whole process! I have been trying to get my brother into treatment for over a week and a half now. He is fully funded. I recover told me they had a bed for him, and as soon as they got his paperwork from the state they would get him in. They received that paperwork yesterday. We just now got a call from them saying to have him there Monday. Today is Wednesday. And we’ve been waiting so long already. Why is it so difficult to get help.
I was there a couple weeks ago and I loved my counselor and the director was kind and welcoming. The medical staff is another story. Inappropriate conversations between staff and other patients that made me feel almost unsafe. (It truly was creepy) HIPAA violations (I couldn’t talk about my concerns like I would have liked to because they would allow anyone in while I was talking.
