So I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Depression, Anxiety and lot more. I came to ireach to find support and maybe learn to love myself. After 3 sessions and a few missed appointments I was confronted with judgement and no support. Was told I'm not trying hard enough, and missing appointments just doesn't cut it. Phenomenal counsellors and programs: caring, genuine, professional, personable and authentic. Helped me through addictions and traumatic experiences. Absolutely recommend. Very happy with every counsellor I've seen. Made to feel welcomed like a friend instead of a client, while remaining professional. I cant beleive the treatment I received here. I did already write a review but it was removed for some reason. I contacted I-reach in August 2023 for an appointment. Many months after waiting I spoke to a Lisa who took me off their waiting list and said it was my fault? Then she told me I would have to go through the whole process again. I told her not to bother and remove me from the list I was never on. Now in Aug 2024 I get a call to book in for an appointment... They are useless. Can't talk about the practitioners, I ran away after how reception treated me... Not rude or anything, at best just incompetent practices... Especially with my medical information! Red flag.
Art program is a nice way for people waiting the six months for support to get involved but counsellors who talk about and judge people's poor mental health in client appointments are highly unprofessional and making huge risks with client safety.
