Truly terrible experience. coach pays zero attention to a group of 10 kids that they cannot handle. The harnesses take up an hour to put on due to lack of staffing and you pay for the time you climb. The clips barely lock Which would not be a problem if the coach was not on their phone unable to help when is needed. The lack of professionalism and lack of attention to the groups of kids has made this a truly awful experience. We will not return to IRC- but we do love Troy gyms, which is a separate facility.
