TEAM," IRCM" are the guys who are very valuable to our practice. Resubmissions are minimum and revenue flows. They are well informed in specialty medical credentialing, billing, collections as well as latest updates in payer's guidelines. Respond to inquiries immediately or in a timely manner is built into their culture. They get the job done efficiently.
I have been using IRCM in order to obtain authorizations on peripheral vascular procedures and Genicular Artery Embolization's. The staff there Kent, Alfred and Ethan have been extremely efficient in obtaining these authorizations. They provide immediate feedback when i send an email to them confirming receipt and submission.
