If at all possible, I would give 0 stars. The level of unprofessionalism is profound. Specifically when dealing with the billing department that handles Valera Healthcare. I canceled everything due to being double charged with no advance notice of any kind. And after canceling everything, the "Dr." decided to attend and bill me for the session that I had canceled.
