Very rude. I've had to deal with them as the General Manager of one of their properties. Robert is very rude and condescending. They have no respect for our customers as they've attempted to tow multiple cars due to their own error. They do not provide any kind of forewarning when they have work being done (which has effected business.) They've set fire alarms off, started construction on the parking lots (blocking off more than half at a time) without any warning. Terrible customer service
Would never rent from them again all I can say is STAY AWAY there all about money and will add anything to your cam charges my 5 year lease was finally over feb 28 2019 and still waiting for my security deposit been on the phone with them over 10 times and all they can give is excuses had to get my lawyer involved Terrible company terrible service and way over price don’t get stuck with paying base rent cam charges and taxes put a cap on it or ask for fix rent because you will get charge addition 7k to 10k a year be aware
