I have dealt with irby for years. They are a great bunch of people never sold me a bad part and always took the time to answer any questions I had about my jet skis. I saw a bad review and had to post this. I don't know what happened with this particular person but I never had a bad experience.. alway gave me great advice even when I was new to the jetski world they took the time to help me out. I give them 6 out or 5 stars
If you have an older power sport, do yourself a favor and take it here for any needed repairs. Had them do some work on a 23-yr old 4 wheeler. They replaced and fixed parts they didn't even charge me for. Very happy with the service I got.
