They don't know how to unload freight with forklifts.... I'm not being silly, that's actually the truth. Theyre fast for local guys but if you're otr prepare to watch numerous trucks come in after you and get unloaded while you wait. And then watch a guy drive a large gradall out to you and say they don't have the equipment to unload a 4k lb pallet...... it's pathetic they need to hire people who are competent.
