Cant say how happy I am with the repair that they did! This ring was absolutely destroyed and they were even a bit worried they might not be able to do it. But they came through, without a single stone falling out!!! Very kind and about a 7 day turn around. Will continue my business with these guys in the future.

I had a ring that was given to me from my mom. That was my a gift for my dad to my mom. After he died. She gave it to me. The stone fell out of the ring, and the prongs were broke, and I was devastated. I took my ring in They reassured me they could put it back together and get a new stone. I got it back and it looks brand new very pleased at the work in the customer service.
