This shop is amazing! I just got a Tissot watch as a gift last week and tried to size it down myself. After spending 15 minutes trying to poke the pins out to remove links I decided to take it to a jeweler. I went to Dillard’s, Kay’s (who tried to charge me $60), and Riddle’s - none of them could get the pins out or the links off. As a last ditch effort I went to Irby’s and I’m so happy I did!
