Friendly and knowledgeable people. Replaced a watch battery for me as a walk-in and set the time and date proper - the little things Nice selection of time pieces, high and low.
This shop is amazing! I just got a Tissot watch as a gift last week and tried to size it down myself. After spending 15 minutes trying to poke the pins out to remove links I decided to take it to a jeweler. I went to Dillard’s, Kay’s (who tried to charge me $60), and Riddle’s - none of them could get the pins out or the links off. As a last ditch effort I went to Irby’s and I’m so happy I did! Cant say how happy I am with the repair that they did! This ring was absolutely destroyed and they were even a bit worried they might not be able to do it. But they came through, without a single stone falling out!!! Very kind and about a 7 day turn around. Will continue my business with these guys in the future.
