I live in Avalon Park Apts. They literally haven't updated anything in 30 years. I lived here as a child with my parents and its the same outdated tired apts they were then now. The carpets are ripping up the walls are caked with grease the drains hardly work they womt fix anything. I've contacted them.about my bathroom drain atleast t times and it's still not fixed.
