I have had a poor experience with scheduling appointments here.
The process was far from easy, and we were left feeling more confused than when we started. The staff didn’t seem knowledgeable, and it didn’t feel like they had our best interests in mind. We certainly won’t be returning to do our taxes here again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

My experience with IRBusiness Los Angeles was less than satisfactory. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The service provided did not align with the expectations set during our initial discussions. Deadlines were missed, and there was a lack of professionalism throughout the process. I expected a higher level of service, especially given the cost involved. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
