Ural is known as an iconic legendary Russian motorcycle. Unfortunately, it's also known as an inconsistently built and poorly supported machine. I have owned 2 Urals (and several drive shaft Hondas and a BMW). I have yet to wrap my mind around 2 things: 1. Why would a properly maintained 2016 Ural Gear Up's final drive with less than 2,000 miles leak oil to the point of critical failure in less than 5 months (while under the OEM warranty coverage).
