Reviewed on 3 - 21 - 21. I have been coming to this barbershop for over 20 years ever since Rocky was the owner. But I want to congratulate the new owners for their successful business. First and last visit. I came here for two reasons: It’s close to my place. It had good reviews. Making an appointment online was easy, and the follow-up reminders were great. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. When I arrived, the place felt chaotic—no organization, and having an appointment seemed to make no difference. The middle-aged gentleman who cut my hair finished in under 10 minutes, but it felt like painting a car without prepping the surface first. I had an awesome experience at Ira’s Barbershop in Palmdale! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was friendly and welcoming. My barber, Carolina, was absolutely amazing—professional, skilled, and really took the time to make sure I left looking and feeling great. You can tell she takes pride in her work. The best part? Worst experience I've had. Made an appointment. Showed up 5 min early. A person that was a walk in was taken before me. I was never asked my name or if i had an appointment. I left after waiting 20 minutes. Update: i came back for a free cut they offered. Had a great experience and great hair cut. Thanks
