I had a very disappointing experience at this office. We waited over 3 hours just for the doctor to review our test results. I understand that OB-GYNs can have emergencies and unexpected deliveries, but waiting this long without clear communication is unacceptable, especially for pregnant patients. To make matters worse, when I asked for water, it was given to me in a urine specimen cup, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Dr. Irani and Dr. Chait were absolutely incredible throughout my wife’s pregnancy and delivery. We are so grateful they were the physicians guiding us through such an important time in our lives. Their level of care, compassion, professionalism, and attention always made us feel supported and confident. We know some reviews mention wait times, but honestly, that’s expected at any doctor’s office and was never an issue for us. Minimum 1.5 hour to 2 hour wait both times I have gone. Just to be told “you’re not the first patient I have other patients.” Yeah that’s unacceptable regardless, especially when the doctor shows up late. And all for a 10 minute procedure. If you value your time and expect other people to respect it as well, go somewhere else. Very unorganized. It’s time to retire.
Waited 2 hours then to be told the doctor mistakenly saw the patient who was supposed to be after me. Nurse & receptionist were kind. Doctor was pleasant but not worth the wait time in my opinion
