Went in never introduced herself or made sure she got the right person. Carried on about how I completed three or four of my physical therapy appointments which I've never had and how it would be best to complete more of them and how a referral had been made. Also possibly getting to or being referred to a specialist for my ear or jaw? If I could give her 1000 stars I would! 10/10 recommend! I have been searching for a good pcp for me and my daughter for years since I moved back to fort smith. Most doctors now just brush off what you have to say and send you out the door. A lot lack empathy and shouldn’t be in the medical field. But her, She listens to your concerns, is very nice, and makes sure to handle what you came in for! She makes sure to listen to you and she is very knowledgeable! Have went in to clinic for 3 weeks can't seem to get anyone to listen to me and the rude nurse that called me back what if it was your family I bet your attitude would be completely different and calling me to tell me my meds were called in but wasn't! My god I miss you Dr.William Dudding and Wendy his nurse y'all really new how to treat patients and talked to them with respect and y'all have signs saying about abuse of a medical worker that works both ways .
She is a phenomenal doctor. I love having her as my PCP! Very kind, caring, and listens to all my concerns.
