Professional, courteous, easy to get an appointment. Waiting area had an area for kids, food and coffee available.
Attempted to make a service appointment by phone, since their web based service scheduler didn't work. After finding my account info, which included correct info about the vehicle, advisor was unable to locate recall information (Special Service Campaign 24TC05) I received in the mail from Toyota. I found this unhelpful, and politely thanked the advisor and left the conversation. Called Lee Toyota and they were able to schedule me for this work without any issue.
Best dealer I had problems in my car and they always help super amazing customer service
