I have purchased two Toyota RAV4 from Paul Bernardi one regular and one Hybrid each have exceeded my expectations. My latest purchase again through Paul Bernardi was a 2026 Tacoma SR5. Paul is great to work with no pressure and very good in communicating what to expect during the transaction. I highly recommend working with Paul a Valenti Toyota if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
If you deal with Diehl of Butler, DO NOT try to contact or deal with them on the Internet. I was interested in a Truck and contacted them on the Internet and got a "response" saying they would be in contact with me. I gave them all my information and also the truck I would be trading in. Guess what-NO RESPONSE. Now they have all my info and who knows what they will do with it. They didn't even call me back, even 7 days later. So be CAREFUL when dealing with them on the Internet.
Terrible and rude people. During my visit, I was assisted by an individual named Steven. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessional and inconsistent. I was informed that a written offer could not be provided in person and that it would instead be sent via email. However, I have yet to receive any such communication. My expectations were blown away, with the ease of purchasing a 2022 Toyota Highlander. From start to finish, I was impressed with the customer service and professionalism of all that we came in contact with, especially Steven our sales rep. Absolutely one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. Millennium Toyota is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and, frankly, dishonest. We placed a $500 down payment on a 2024 Toyota Corolla SE (white). The deal was DONE, all that remained was the financing. On Sunday, we were told they would review the interest rate and that we should come back Monday to finalize everything and take the car home. They never called. Be very careful when considering doing business with this dealership. My experience with the sales representative, Tajbid Hasan, and the finance manager, Ronny Chavez, raised several serious concerns regarding the transparency and accuracy of the transaction. I don’t know how they survive.!!! This is a comedy show place, or snake’s den!!! The first guy Kenny, was decent and seems honest. We agreed on a price. He brought another guy, probably his boss, to confirm. The second guy went to his boss to confirm and they said ok. So we all shake hands and to comeback the day after, or weekend.
