Classic tale. I went in for one thing but had another major issue found. However, I'm so happy they caught it! They saved me thousands, and potentially a car accident, by spotting the problem. The best part was that Tom and the tech sent a video explaining the issue, so I had no doubt about the repair. They also provided car service to and from the dealership, which made the whole experience even easier. Tom communicated throughout the entire process, and I'm so happy I stopped in. Can't recommend them enough!
I had to bring my car for a 5k miles service. Not an oil change just tire rotation, top of the liquids and inspection for any problems on a rav4 with 12k miles. I asked the guy how long would take, and he said 1.5 hours, which is a lot but whatever. It took them 2.5 hours to bring the car out. As soon I got home I noticed a nail in one of my tires. It took me 10 seconds to find a nail, 2.5 hours a mechanic couldn't see that?? Ira service it's ruining the Toyota name.
Made an appointment for an oil and filter change at 10:20am one week in advance. I arrived at 10:05 am and told them I would be waiting for my car. At 12pm, inquired when my car will be ready. My service advisor told me because there is a back up, it will be another 40minutes before they complete my oil change. 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable.
