I had my truck serviced yesterday at the Danvers service center; Nate was my service advisor. He offered me a ten percent discount coupon at intake and when I picked the truck up the ten percent was only applied to a serpentine replacement belt. I asked why it wasn’t applied to the entire bill, and he said “it could be, but I’d have to do the paperwork over again” I asked that he get on that, as I accepted the discount to begin with. Had a warranty job done on a Sienna minivan. The service advisor, Rick, is a great guy and they should give him a raise.
