Id give 0 stars the ladies on the phone are RUDE don't wanna help. I hear the doctor is good too bad the ladies here are RUDE . Can't even make an appointment or ask questions .
Overrated.. professionalism’s is dead. I appreciate your letter but I would never return to your facility. Your employees are Terribly Rude and they lie. “K” is the worse example she sets for the entire staff. I was shocked to find that Dr “O” tolerates such behavior from his employees. I was spoken to most rudely on my first visit and in following visits. The people trained to wipe our eyes after surgery scratched my eye which was very painful. I found out after talking to others that I was not the only one to walk away wit... read more
