Service sucks they use channel locks to depress brake calipers and rip the rubber boots same exact spot on both pistons on both calipers last front brake job. Talked to the manager they refused to replace the parts. Take the work to a professional that’s not going to cut corners and compromise the safety of your ride to make it a quick job and then blame you for it after paying exorbitant amounts of money. Fantastic dealership
If i could give negative stars I would, Completely rude and disrespectful. Want to charge me extra work that was never done. Charging me an arm & a leg for something that’s easy. Picked up the car today paid $500 just digonstic and they couldn’t even get the car and know where it was. Car sounds worse now than what it did before it went in. Had issues with them for a very long time already reason why I stopped going to them in the first place. Would highly recommend driving the extra miles to go another lexus dealership.
