Absolutely horrible. It’s a terrible shame that this is the nearest Lexus dealership. I love my hybrid 2024 Lexus however my most recent trip to this dealership was for a 20,000 mile service. I had to leave my car overnight at the dealership because it was going take too long for them to finish and I live over an hour from the dealership. They did not lock my car overnight and I ended up getting robbed. Multiple things were stolen from my car and it was obvious that somebody had been through the center console and glove box.... read more
Had my RX 350 serviced on May 10th for a inspection sticker tire rotation and oil change the tire rotation used to be around 35.00 even though for a state inspection they have to pull the tires off to look at the brakes but now they charge 109.95 for doing the same thing that is quite a increase things must be getting tough I think I will be shopping around
