First off, his office staff are the most wonderful people ever. They go above an beyond to be accommodating and never over schedule so your not sitting in the waiting room forever. Dr. Krafchin is not only a talented Plastic Surgeon, his beside manner is superior. I've had three major procedures with him, and have been extremely happy. He listens to you, and will answer every question you have with a smile. His follow up care is above any physician I ever met.
Dr Krafchin was fine until presented with questions after the surgery, he was then defensive to the point of being rude and arrogant. Would never go there again. ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion!
DO NOT choose this plastic surgeon if you are having reconstruction after breast cancer. He was always in a hurry and the end result was terrible. He even admitted he did not do a very good job after it was to late to fix it!
By far the best plastic surgeon on the east coast. I traveled from DC suburbs to see him to repair a botched nose job from a supposed top DC doctor, and could not be happier with results. I heard about him from a friend in NY. He is a true find and so is his staff. A gentle, honest doctor who tells it like it is and not how you want to hear it.
