This place is the absolute worst. A few years ago, they started working on major repairs to my car without my giving them the green light. Alberto then threw a temper tantrum on the phone when I pointed this out, so I chocked it up to him mishearing my requests for an after-market estimate. Brought my '15 Honda Civic in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. I asked that the multi-point inspection be done because of a suspected oil leak. It's low to the ground and hard to see under. The visit was completed and I again asked about the suspected oil leak - I was told no leak was found. After returning home, I squeeze under the car to check myself, and I have a significant oil leak that coats the underside of my car. Likely a breather plate leak that is common on these civics.
