They serviced a recall on my car to replace the fuel pump. Overall it was a good experience. I dropped my car off and they had it done in several hours. The only thing I didn’t like was that the car smelled like gas inside when I came to pick it up.

This place is the absolute worst. A few years ago, they started working on major repairs to my car without my giving them the green light. Alberto then threw a temper tantrum on the phone when I pointed this out, so I chocked it up to him mishearing my requests for an after-market estimate. Fast forward to now, I decided to let bygones be bygones and took my car in early Monday morning for an airbag recall and asked them to fix my trunk while they were at it. Brought my '15 Honda Civic in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. I asked that the multi-point inspection be done because of a suspected oil leak. It's low to the ground and hard to see under. The visit was completed and I again asked about the suspected oil leak - I was told no leak was found. After returning home, I squeeze under the car to check myself, and I have a significant oil leak that coats the underside of my car. Likely a breather plate leak that is common on these civics.
