I opened a Self-Directed IRA. Sara was great explaining the process, explaining all the fees and setting everything up even the business checking account. The process does take 2-3 weeks so don't be in a rush. The fees seem low compared to other services, but the fees are justified with the more opportunity to invest my money. I recommend them for a Self-Directed IRA.

I admit, I have not been the easiest customer because I can be picky-- especially when it comes to our retirement funds, but Walter at IRA Financial has been great.
