Don't complain, not only will they do nothing but, you will be targeted an abused by the staff if you have the misfortune of going there again. When you are sick and frightened it is the last thing you need is to suffer bad attitude of staff. The second time the doctor was nice, actually seemed to care, the nurses were horrible as usual.
