He is past the prime of a good doctor. He gave me referrals that look like him or most likely, potentially worship like him and had horrific reviews. So he doesn't care about the patient; he's feathering the nest of his buddies at what it looks like to me at the patient's expense, was my opinion. RUN!!!!! Don’t walk…..RUN from Dr. Papel!!! I went to him for a facial procedure…..nothing on my eyes. I went in with my eyes looking fine. Now, well over a year later, since he botched my eyes that he wasn’t supposed to touch, my eyes still look HORRIBLE!!! I can’t go anywhere without sunglasses on. I looked better BEFORE my surgery!!! He’s done nothing but minimize my feelings about it, acting like it’s not so terrible. That & tried a few times giving me shots under my eyes that did nothing. If anything they’re worse!
