They were the worst I will never take my car there ever again the guy that was in charge of my vehicle would never return my phone calls I had to force my car out there by getting in contact with the insurance my self they did a really bad job together on my car the paint work is awful
Very friendly and did a great job. I was very happy with the entire experience !!
Prime collision did a good job in restoring my car to as close to original condition as possible. Is it 100% perfect, no, but in situations like this, it is probably as good as it would get and they cared for my car with some extra special attention, even parking it off to a side lot, alone, to prevent anything from happening further. Service department is horrible. Every update is contrast to the previous one, one minute all parts are in and a week later final parts come in. They want to keep your vehicle to get more money from your insurance company. Never servicing my vehicle with them again.
