Very happy with my service always friendly there
I bought my jeep in for an inspection, tire rotation, oil change. You passed the tires rotated tires put the sticker on, then designed to take the sticker off and failed the vehicle. You change me for rotating tires that failed. I had new tire and inspection done else were.
I’ve been very satisfied with the service department at Jack CDJR in Saco Maine. We have used them for over 6 years. We have two Jeep Cherokee SUV’s and are very happy with them as well.
We are from Alabama and we were traveling to Maine when we had issues with our JEEP. Stopped at several dealers where I received no concern or service. When we called Jordan, we were taking care of immediately and they understood the dilemma. We were in 1600 miles away from home and really appreciated their service.
