We had a great experience with Ira and Carol. All their advice was backed up with data (very important to two math/science types) and ample documentation, Ira exhibited endless patience with our neuroticism about the process, Carol did extraordinary leg work to turn around offers in what seemed like impossibly short periods of time, and they were great advocates for us when there was a (totally resolved) hiccup post-closing.
