I recently purchased a 2020 KIA Sportage from IRA Hanover I was pleased until we actually finalized the deal. Once they took my money it was like I didn’t matter. It took them over the 7 day window to transfer my registration leaving me with a new car I couldn’t drive legally. We recently bought a Yukon and a Sierra here and I can say that has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Our salesman Bobby is amazing, he went above and beyond for us in every way that you could imagine! Our finance guy, Kevin was super down to earth. We had our two kids with us and everybody there made us feel extremely comfortable and really showed our kids kindness throughout the process as well. We will for sure be coming back to this location anytime we need to make another purchase of a vehicle.
IRA Buick GMC has a great staff. Always courteous and prompt in keeping you aware of the status of your service visit. They have been a great experience in both sales and service. It is a shame GM has decided to close one of their better dealers.
Took the things under my back seat out to do work and didn’t bother to put it back together.
