I parked my car at a hotel where they have park and fly accommodation. I paid for the parking for the numberof days I was going to be out of town, but when I returned from my trip and took an uber to the hotel to retrieve my car, the car was gone. When I informed the hotel front desk about what had transpired, they told me they are not responsible for my car. I contaced the police and I was told that IR had my car. It was towed without my prior knowledge.
It's never a pleasant experience for the reasons to be there, but the staff is friendly.
The phone was on automated mood for over 2hrs of calls, and then the website was a different issue, we could not open it it was like the site didn't exist at all. This is a very bad way to transact business.
Just got my personal property from them. The receptionist was mean and loud and grumpy. Got my stuff back in the trash bag and there was like a $300 amplifier in my trunk that was stolen and never got my number plates returned either. Time to file a police report
