The lady at the front is so RUDE it’s ridiculous. Very disrespectful. You get charged $40 just to get half of your things. When I asked her about it she laughs and walks off. I don’t see how this company still in business the way they treat people. And all these reviews on here are true trust me they are.

I’ve been waiting here since 9:30 because yesterday when they called us, they didn’t tell us we needed to bring a money order. When we got here, she treated us badly, told us we had to bring it, and took my ID and didn’t want to give it back so I could go get it done. I’m pregnant and she made me stand outside in the sun for 20 minutes — I even felt like I was going to faint — while she ignored us completely. She is extremely rude, racist, inconsiderate, and spoke to us very disrespectfully.
If I could give this place no stars I would. They towed my car and took it to an auction. I got it back but all my belongings are missing. I supposedly have an appointment tomorrow and they never sent an address of where to meet them. They haven’t replied to me either.
