Great service on my Ford truck with no upselling. Reasonably priced…This is my third regular service interval with IRauto… And I’ve had excellent service on my truck every time it runs like a top. I used to go to dealerships and other auto shops and my used truck just never ran right.. I found this shop on line and had nothing to lose. My truck runs better than when purchased it 5 years ago. Very honest team here, family run business whom are always kind.
Stopped by a few weeks back with my Jag. I don't usually leave reviews but I was pretty disappointed leaving. I came in to get a seat module calibrated. One seat was able to be calibrated, the other wasn't. I was ok with that. But I ended up leaving with a window that wasn't working properly anymore and a door speaker broken off. I ended up fixing the window myself as the technician messed with the wrong bolts when he took the door panel off. Very friendly and kind service. I felt the pricing was fair and affordable. They honor their warranty on their work. Communication could be a little more pro-active but overall, I appreciate this mechanic.
