I wish zero stars was an option. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They do such stupid things like disconnecting one of the radiators from the furnace. Taking out all of the heat in the bathroom. Setting marble tile floors with what looks like gum and cracks in less than 3 months of living in the house. Putting new aluminum on the front of the house over old rotted wood so that the gutter comes off during the first rainstorm.
