Annoying voice feature. I purchased the IQ Skyline Massage Chair a few months ago from a local store here in Las Vegas. Overall the massage chair is designed well and is aesthetically pleasing. There are options to increase / decrease pressure, heat, and zero gravity (laying back). Took forever to get the machine. Owner of company would not return texts or calls. Not worth the money— could have gotten same product on amazon for cheaper, quicker and with less stress.

Michael and the rest of the IQ team have been great. The chair is amazing and, although an extravagant purchase, I haven't regretted it once. There were a couple hiccups with the delivery company, but Michael has been extremely communicative, easy to get a hold of, and has gone out of his way to make sure we are happy customers.
